Sarah Austin

Sarah is a Melbourne based artist and has an art practice spanning over 30 years. Working predominantly in ceramic as well as sound, language and projection. Making ceramic work and utilising the vessel and sculptural anthropomorphic forms, Sarah investigates the complexities of identity and the everyday. A whimsical view with visual attachments and a sense of parody, quiet reflection and chaotic animation.
