How to place your order
The shopping pages on the site will guide you through the steps you need to take to place an order with us. The order process allows you to check and amend any errors before submitting your order to us. Please take the time to read and check your order at each page of the order process.
How we acknowledge your order
After you place your order, you will receive an email acknowledging that your order has been received (Order receipt email).
Delivery or collection of Art Work
Collection of a purchased Art Work is the responsibility of the Buyer, however, we can often assist by suggesting local art delivery services, or shipping agents.
Some Art Works may be collected immediately on purchase while other works might remain until an exhibition concludes. Please check the “availability” date on the website. If you’re not sure, just get in touch.
If you wish to collect your purchased Art Work, please ask for the assistance of a Staff Member who will remove the work for you. You will need to show them your confirmation email before you are able to take the Art Work with you.
Our minimum age requirement
If you are a consumer, you may only purchase an Artwork via the site if you are at least 18 years old.
The Art Works
Art Works may vary slightly from their pictures. The images of the Art Works shown on the site are for illustrative purposes only. Although we have made every effort to display the colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that all computers or smart devices will accurately reflect the colour or contrast of the Art Work.
If there is a problem with the Art Work
If you have any questions or concerns about the Artwork, please contact Satellite Projects immediately at email@example.com. We will do our best to assist.
What happens if we get the price wrong. It is always possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the Art Works we sell may be incorrectly priced. We will normally check prices before accepting your order so that, where the Art Work’s correct price at your order date is less than our stated price at your order date, we will charge the lower amount. If the Art Work’s correct price at your order date is higher than the price stated on the site, we will contact you for your instructions before we accept your order. If we are unable to contact you at this stage using the contact details you provided during the order process, we will treat the order as cancelled and notify you in writing.
